Shipping Information

FRESHNESS GUARANTEE

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the freshness and quality of our products, and that it will be delivered to your home or office within any applicable use by, sell by, best by or expiration dates.

  • Daily cut-off for same day shipping is 2 pm ET
  • FRESH products (and Chocolate during warm weather) ship only from Monday to Wednesday. Orders received after Wednesday 2pm EST will ship on the following Monday (does not apply to local delivery, or pickup)

  • Overnight Orders ship Monday to Wednesday - Cutoff: 2 pm ET

  • No shipping to PO Boxes

  • Shipping Rates depend on the selected service, and can vary depending of the weight/size of the package. Rates and service options will be shown at checkout.
  • Standard ground delivery within the US is approximately 2-5 business days. Some special items may need between 7 and 10 days (specified on product page if so).

FROZEN PRODUCTS

To ensure that your fresh and frozen products arrive cold, they will be shipped with Overnight Shipping with a combination of reusable ice packs and insulating materials to last during the transit at most 24 hours.

Important note: Frozen products are not guaranteed to arrive frozen. In most cases, it is normal for frozen products to partially or fully thaw in transit.

Please check the status of your order so that frozen products can be received immediately upon arrival and transferred to the freezer or fridge as soon as possible. In most cases, it is normal for our frozen products do partially or fully thaw in transit. Our products that require refrigeration are safe to enjoy as long as they arrive cool to the touch. If products have started to defrost but remain cold, please place in the fridge, and consume within 3-5 days.

In the event that your shipment arrives later than expected, we recommend that you check the content to ensure that the products are safe for consumption. Please refer to the USDA Freezing and Food Safety and their chart as a general guideline.

FREE SHIPPING

myPanier offers free standard shipping on orders over $89 to the contiguous 48 states. To qualify for free shipping, your order merchandise must include products shipped by myPanier, and the total before savings and estimated tax needs to be at least $89.

Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address might affect your order's free shipping eligibility. Surcharges may apply due to size, weight, or special handling required.

If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping:

  • The order may contain ineligible items (i.e. products shipped by Artisans)
  • A special product, order, or handling fee may still apply (i.e. fresh perishable items, heavy item fee, chocolate during warm weather, ...). More information will be available at checkout.

FRESH (Cheese, Diary, Non-Cured Charcuterie..) ship 2-day or Overnight only Monday to Wednesday and do not qualify for Free Shipping,
FROZEN products ship Overnight Monday to Thursday to majority of U.S. and do not quality for Free Shipping.

Warm Season: Mid- April to Mid-November

CHOCOLATE ship Expedite Monday to Wednesday and do not quality for Free Shipping.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam:

  • Rates are calculated at Checkout and are based on distance, weight and volume.

Shipping to PO Boxes

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

International

LOST PACKAGE

Once it's on its way, the carrier assumes liability for the package and contents once it leaves our warehouse. You should first contact the carrier with any delivery issue. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control. It is your responsibility to check the tracking of the order and contact the carrier if you'd like to arrange special delivery instructions. If you plan to be away for the day of delivery, we encourage you to arrange for someone to pick up the package at time of delivery.

RETURNED PACKAGE

Returned packages due to invalid address, no mail receptacle, or failed delivery are the responsibilities of the customer. As such, a 15% stocking and shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Artisan & Vendor Shipping

In our mission to offer good food at fair value, we continuously work with our Artisans and Gourmet Brands to find the most efficient solution to minimize shipping costs. To that end, rather than having Artisans shipping product to us and then back to you (i.e. 2x shipping), some will send your order directly to you (1x shipping). Not only you save, but you will also get the same freshness you can find at your local farmers' markets.

Kaviari

  • Kaviari Sturgeon Imported Caviar ship directly from the producer. There is a $39 Overnight shipping charge per order for the continental U.S and $80 for Hawaii. We currently do not ship to Alaska due to the high shipping cost.

If you need you make any modifications to your order, or have decided to cancel your order, you can call us at 1 (949) 305-0149 or email us within 30 minutes of placing your order if the order has been made during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, PST. If the order has been made outside of business hours, you can call and leave a message or email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has not already been shipped, we will provide a refund on the same payment method that was used to process the order.

Apply your promotional code at checkout before proceeding to payment. *Please note only one code may be used per order.

Tracking information is provided automatically to the email address on the order. Please check your spam folder before notifying us if you do not receive it within 24 hours of shipment notification.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, the carrier assumes liability for it and the buyer should first contact the carrier with any delivery issue as the fastest resolution.

Once the package is delivered, the recipient is responsible for making sure packages are promptly retrieved, properly inspected and stored to ensure quality and prevent theft. Please monitor tracking updates or request delivery notification from the carrier.

We also recommend setting the shipping address to a secure, temperature-controlled location or shipping to an alternative address if problems have arisen in the past. Any issues with certain carriers (e.g., deliverability) should be conveyed in the Notes section at checkout and our team will accomodate as best as we can.

If you've received a delivery notification, but the package has not been physically delivered, please check your mailbox, mail locker, reception, porch and with your neighbors and the carrier before reporting a missing package. We also suggest waiting 1 business day as often times carriers may mark a package as delivered early, but physically deliver the next day.

Your payment method is charged when you place an order.

Items sold on myPanier may be subject to state and local sales tax or other similar state and local transaction taxes. The amount of tax charged on your order will depend on various factors, including the items purchased, the shipment destination, the identity of the seller and that seller’s tax collection obligations.

Eligible governmental, non-profit, charitable and similar organizations should email all tax-exempt requests to taxexempt@mypanier.com. Include a copy of applicable state or federal exemption certificates. Eligible tax exemptions will be processed by myPanier and tax will not be charged on future purchases made by eligible tax-exempt accounts.

While all sales are final and we do not accept returns on any products, we do offer refunds if there was an error in the packing of your order. Just let us know within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Support team at support@mypanier.com or by visiting this page, and a member of our time will provide you with a resolution.

Damaged Item:

Our Team takes the utmost care protecting your order before shipping but sometimes accidents outside of our control may happen. If you received a damaged item please email us within 48 hours with pictures and if you'd like a replacement or refund. Our carriers require pictures as proof of damages, and we will not be able to process your request if we do not receive any :(

Please note that we're not able to offer refunds for orders that are damaged beyond our control due to carrier delay, extreme temperatures outdoors or within carrier facilities. But if you have an issue with an order affected by extreme temperatures, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mypanier.com or by visiting this page, and we'll work with the carrier and/or our artisan partner if an item was drop-shipped to find a solution.

If a package is returned due to invalid address or refused delivery, a shipping charge of $9.95 or 15% restocking fee will apply, whichever is the higher amount.

Credit will be issued within 3-5 business days of receipt of the product. Funds may take more time to transfer to your account depending on your bank and/or your credit card processor.

Perishables:

Perishable items are non-returnable. If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective perishable item, please contact us within 48 hours from receiving your order, with your order information, an explanation of the issue, pictures and whether you prefer a refund or replacement.

If a package has been returned to our warehouse by the carrier due to customer requesting an address change to the carrier while already in transit, customer must seek resolution toward the carrier as we are not held responsible once package has left the warehouse.

myPanier doesn’t like it when someone gives away our personal information and neither do you! That’s why we don’t rent or sale your personal information with anyone. Our Privacy Policy details how your personal information is collected and how your personal information may be used.
