Chateau de la Gabelle

Chateau de la Gabelle is a family of lavender producers for nine generations from the heart of Provence, France. Proud of the work of her ancestors and to keep her traditions and heristage alive today, Ines created in 2019 the brand Chateau de la Gabelle. Through this brand, she wants to sublimate the organic lavender production from the castle harvested by his uncles and cousins. She combines local ingredients and craftsmen to create new lavender products including cosmetics, essential oils, herbalism, delicatessen, decorations and scents. Always looking for new ideas and new recipes, Inès makes his family test his (sometimes improbable) associations. Each recipe is tested and validated by the whole family before proposing it to the consumers.
