Francesc Agras decided to quit his job back in 1954 to pursue his dreams of becoming a renowned chocolatier in Barcelona, Spain. Today, Francesc continues to carefully select cocoa beans from different regions of the world and roast them using traditional Spanish methods. His artisan chocolate is handcrafted with only real sugar, cocoa butter and vanilla.
