Haku Iwashi Whisky Barrel Aged Fish Sauce crafted with only the bigger and fattier Iwashi fish from the Japan sea using 400 year old ancestral methods. The fish sauce is first aged two years and further aged for an additional twelve months in Japanese whisky barrels resulting in delicate, refined and luxurious sauce with subtle sweetness.
