The meat is seasoned with natural spices. Using the traditional recipe of chorizo we have achieved an innovation in its flavor by adding hot paprika and cumin.
Cured for 1 month using artisanal methods in La Alberca, Spain, a Natural Reserve declared a World Heritage.
